Indigos Restaurant and Takeaway was established on 13th December 1998 and was the first modern Indian restaurant in Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Its fusion of eastern and western influences gives it a unique appeal.

In June 2006, it changed management but kept the same concept, adding a further unique element to the restaurant with its striking interior design. We, the current owners of Indigos, are born and bred in Grimsby and therefore know the area and understand the needs of the customers.

The restaurant has a relaxing and ambient atmosphere and specialises in Punjab cuisine, which involves many more flavours and spices than other Indian cooking styles.

Our chef has some 30 years experience and even at the age of 61 continues to create quality food from his wealth of experience!

There is a subtle blend of modern and traditional, a characteristic reflected by the fine collection of pictures that adorn its walls.

Indigos still remains the smallest Indian restaurant in Lincolnshire and with it standing for ten years against competition over the years, it can be proud in its achievement in serving and producing quality food which is made fresh daily.
